It was on a dreary day in May when I found a seat in Mojo Coffee Gallery in NorthEast Minneapolis, and the
2nd Annual Orchard Crawl was born.
Last year, we visited Orchards on the west side of the metro. This year, we are featuring the east side.
In Hastings on St. Croix Trail within a span of 7 miles, you can participate in the Orchard Crawl by visiting Fischer's Croix Orchard Farm and Whistling Well Farm.
If you
want to check out Carpenter Nature Center, it's right next door to Fischer's. They have happily invited you to hike along the trails or visit the raptors in the Visitor's Center.
