"Your Weekend in One" 10/6-10/7

Published: Thu, 10/04/18

Hey there,
Do you work out?  Do you have a hard time working out in the fall and winter because of the dark?  Cause I do. (Not that I'm GREAT about exercising, but I'm trying)
It's pitch black at 6:00, and going for a run in the dark gives me the willies.  So I am taking advantage of our Smart TV and YouTubing my workouts.
I am also going to bed in my workout clothes.  It helps me to get up and actually DO my workout instead of making up excuses!  If I could go to bed with my shoes on, I probably would.
How do you get moving during the darker months of the year?

Whether you workout or not, here are some great options of things to do with your family this weekend.

Your Weekend in One Minute

Fall Flower Show Opening Day | Como Park, Marjorie McNeely Conservatory Sunken Garden | 10 am-4 pm | FREE
Mini Donuts and Classic Sodas | Blue Sun Soda Shop, Spring Lake Park | 9:30 am-5 pm | No admission fee
