Hey there, !

Yesterday, my 12 year old went to Valleyfair for the first time. She had a great time and rode on a bunch of roller coasters. She is WAY more adventurous than I am. They also played in the Soak City Waterpark, so she came home with a huge sunburn. As I am writing this newsletter, she is currently wearing a tank top with a damp dish towel draped across her shoulders as she reads one of her summer library books.

I can't really be upset with her since putting on sunscreen isn't one of my best habits either.

Moving on to the weekend.

It's Father's Day this weekend. Are you ready?

Gianna and her daughter, Brin, were on WCCO with some Father's Day ideas. We are also in midst of Summer Festival Season.

If you are still looking for Summer Camps for your kids, there are still openings. Our summer camp guide just recently had a few new additions including Brave New Workshop. Also, I have it on good authority that there are still some openings for the Snapology camps.

We had the best time on Wednesday at The Wishing Tree Play Cafe for FFTC BookHounds! Come join us next week at 10 am and meet Molly Beth Griffin and Cheryl Blackford.

Wheel Fun Rentals provides opportunities for Active Family Fun Memories. Families can rent bikes or surreys, kayaks, paddleboards or pedalboats. You can even play a round of mini-golf at Veteran's Park in Richfield. You can find Wheel Fun Rental at Lake Calhoun, Minnehaha Falls, Lake Harriet, Lake Nokomis, Veteran's Park, Como Lake, and Canal Park in Duluth.
