How are you doing with the heat and humidity? Me, not so great. I want to stay inside from now until October 18. I know I'm a baby. And there are people who love this weather. There are also people who have to be outside whether they like it or not.

Do you know anyone who like that?

I know one group of people. Farmers. You would be surprise how many farms are near you even if you live in the metro area. There are at least two urban farms inside the city limits, but there are also a lot of farms surrounding the Twin Cities.

Not only that, but there are a number of county fairs still taking place as well as the State Fair. And there are historical farmsteads that have been preserved for us to explore as well.

Last weekend was the Eat Local Co-op Farm Tour. If you missed it, we are happy to inform you tAnne collected all the Farm Fun this summer.

Wheel Fun Rentals provides opportunities for Active Family Fun Memories. Families can rent bikes or surreys, kayaks, paddleboards or pedalboats. You can even play a round of mini-golf at Veteran's Park in Richfield. You can find Wheel Fun Rental at Lake Calhoun, Minnehaha Falls, Lake Harriet, Lake Nokomis, Veteran's Park, Como Lake, and Canal Park in Duluth.
